4 Important Parts of Mag-Flow That You Should Know

a.Flow Converter

Mag flow converter is in charge of calculating. As power supply way, it has battery power,DC power and AC power. As display screen, it has standard display version and 4-20mA transmitter version without local LCD screen. As technology,common version and special type are available. Flow converter is the most important part of magnetic flow meter.

b.Flow Sensor:Inline and Insertion Type

Magnetic flowmeters mainly have two kinds of flow sensors:inline type and insertion type. Inline type is pipe section style which is the main selling. Insertion type is rod type and mainly used for bigger size pipe. Inline type has higher accuracy than insertion type.

C.Electrode Material

Often used electrode materials mainly includes 316L stainless steel,Hastelloy(HC), Titanium(Ta),Tantalum(Ta),etc. 316L is the most often used electrode material.

d.Lining Material

There are 4 kinds of often used lining material:rubber(Neoprene,Polyurethane),PTFE,F46,etc.
